Refund Policy

All payments made toward services, workshops, events, or programs are non-refundable. Once payment is submitted and the date is secured, the client agrees to proceed with the scheduled service.

If the client needs to reschedule, requests must be made at least 14 days in advance, and accommodation will be made based on availability and full credit be applied. If rescheduling takes place for a future date longer than 60 days, adjustment of price may be applied.

Reschedules made with fewer than 14 days’ notice are not guaranteed and may require an additional fee.
In the unlikely event that From the Inside-Out School of Etiquette must reschedule, the client will be offered the next available date or a full credit toward a future service.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and accepts this policy.
